P&G reports USD 22.2B net sales in Q2 2026

The performance showcases stability amid consumer slowdowns and geopolitical pressures.

USA – P&G has reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of USD 22.2 billion, reflecting a 1% increase over the prior year’s USD 21.9 billion.

Organic sales remained unchanged, as a 1% pricing improvement offset an equivalent unit-volume reduction, with product mix exerting a neutral influence.

The period delivered USD 4.3 billion in net earnings and USD 5.0 billion in operating cash flow, posting 88% adjusted free cash flow productivity, while channelling USD 4.8 billion to shareholders via USD 2.5 billion in dividends and USD 2.3 billion in share repurchases.

Reported gross margin contracted 120 basis points to 51.2%, and core gross margin eased 50 basis points.

Shailesh Jejurikar, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Our results in the second quarter keep us on track to deliver within our fiscal year guidance ranges for organic sales growth, core EPS growth and adjusted free cash flow productivity in a challenging consumer and geopolitical environment.”

“We have confidence in our plans to deliver stronger results in the second-half of the fiscal year.”

In segment results, Beauty achieved a 4% organic sales rise, with Hair Care gaining mid-single digits on volume and innovation pricing in Latin America and Europe, Personal Care mirroring that in North America via volume and pricing, and Skin Care up low single digits from premium mix and Greater China pricing despite volume dips.

Grooming and Fabric & Home Care held flat organically, with regional volume balances, but Baby, Feminine & Family Care dropped 4% from Baby volume losses and a challenging Family Care prior-year base.

Meanwhile, Health Care grew 3% organically, driven by low-single-digit Oral Care premium mix growth and Personal Health Care pricing in North America.

Year-to-date, operating cash flow totalled USD 10.4 billion versus USD 2.4 billion capex, financing featured USD 5.1 billion dividends and USD 3.5 billion stock buys; assets climbed to USD 127.3 billion, including USD 10.8 billion cash and USD 7.8 billion inventories, backing USD 53.3 billion equity.
