TNT Group appoints Damon Kennish as Chief Executive Officer

The move marks an important new stage in the company’s international growth, made possible by its recent strategic merger with PM Studio Group.

FRANCE – TNT Group, a specialist in premium packaging for the beauty and spirits industries, has named Damon Kennish as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Kennish joined TNT Group in September 2025 as chief business officer and now succeeds co-founder Thomas Diezinger.

Diezinger will remain involved at a strategic level and continue supporting the management team.

In his new position, Kennish, a British and French national based in Hong Kong, will lead TNT Group’s global expansion strategy.

His priorities will include strengthening the company’s commercial and operational presence in North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

The appointment follows TNT Group’s strategic partnership with PM Studio Group.

Together, the companies aim to establish a major global force in luxury packaging by combining TNT’s engineering capabilities in primary packaging with PM Studio’s expertise in secondary packaging, gifting, and custom accessories.

The partnership also places emphasis on eco-design, aligning the combined business with growing demand for more sustainable luxury packaging solutions.

With more than 30 years of international experience, Kennish brings both technical knowledge and commercial leadership to the role.

He studied Production Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick and began his career in manufacturing in Hong Kong.

He later joined L’Oréal, serving as purchasing director for POS and promotions in Paris before becoming operations manager in Asia.

During his entrepreneurial career, he founded Imagine POS Ltd, grew the business to USD 50 million in revenue, and sold it to LF Beauty (Meiyume).

He then held senior roles at Array Marketing and Wilson & Brown, including commercial director for EMEA, where he oversaw a significant restructuring of the company’s European operations.

Founded in 2013, TNT Group is known for developing primary packaging in metals such as zamak and aluminium, as well as recycled plastics and multi-material composites, for fragrance, cosmetics, and spirits brands.

PM Studio Group adds a strong operational platform and specializes in gifting and secondary packaging.

It is also EcoVadis-certified, placing it in the top 1% of assessed companies for sustainability performance.

Following the merger, the combined organization employs more than 165 people across 11 offices worldwide.

The enlarged group is now positioned to expand its share of the global luxury packaging market while advancing its international growth and sustainability agenda.
