The performance is driven mainly by higher volumes and supported by a favourable product mix.

SWITZERLAND – Galderma Group AG reported record net sales of USD 4.765 billion for the first nine months of 2026, representing 25.1% year-on-year growth at constant currency.
The company said growth was broad-based across regions and product categories, reflecting strong execution of its integrated dermatology strategy, with particularly strong results in Therapeutic Dermatology, Dermatological Skincare, and Neuromodulators.
Flemming ørn Skov, M.D., M.P.H., Chief Executive Officer, Galderma, stated, “Our strong performance in the first nine months of 2026 underscores the sustained momentum across our business and the strength of our integrated dermatology strategy.”
“Robust demand for our differentiated, premium portfolio continues to drive growth, while we advance innovation and take decisive steps to strengthen our long-term growth prospects, including our agreement to acquire ZO Skin Health.”
In Injectable Aesthetics, net sales reached USD 2.174 billion, up 13.2% at constant currency.
Neuromodulators grew 16.9% to USD 1.259 billion, helped by continued market-share gains for Dysport and momentum for Relfydess in Europe and Asia-Pacific, while Fillers & Biostimulators rose 8.5% to USD 914 million despite a soft fillers market.
Galderma also continues to expand Relfydess’s regulatory footprint, with approvals in 37 markets, and plans to resubmit its U.S. BLA for RelabotulinumtoxinA in the first quarter of 2027 after receiving a Complete Response Letter in June 2026.
Dermatological Skincare generated USD 1.244 billion in net sales, up 16.2% at constant currency, with strong momentum for Cetaphil and Alastin, especially in international markets and through e-commerce.
Therapeutic Dermatology was the standout category, growing 64.4% to USD 1.347 billion, including USD 735 million from Nemluvio.
Nemluvio continued to gain share in the U.S., particularly in prurigo nodularis, while also expanding internationally, with approvals in more than 40 countries.
Galderma also strengthened its long-term platform through its agreement to acquire ZO Skin Health, a leading physician-dispensed skincare brand, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 or early 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
The company advanced innovation across its portfolio, including new clinical evidence for Restylane products and three-year ARCADIA data supporting Nemluvio’s durable efficacy and tolerability in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
Following the stronger-than-expected nine-month performance, Galderma raised its full-year 2026 net sales growth guidance to 22.5%–23.5% at constant currency, up from its previous 19%–21% range, while confirming a Core EBITDA margin of approximately 26% at constant currency.
The outlook excludes any impact from the proposed ZO Skin Health acquisition, and the company said foreign-exchange movements are expected to have a positive effect on reported sales and Core EBITDA.
