The brand is built on clinical-grade skincare, applying the performance principles of dermatology-based skincare to everyday makeup routines.

USA – Dose (of) Derm, a new skin longevity makeup brand, has launched by bringing together two major beauty trends: multifunctionality and “skinfication” in dermacosmetics.
It was developed by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Sheila Farhang, who is introducing her trademarked category, Clinical Color Cosmetics, to the beauty industry.
This new category is designed to pair high-performance color cosmetics with clinical skincare benefits.
The brand’s first product is the All-in-One Clinical Foundation, a six-in-one formula that claims to protect, correct, conceal, brighten, hydrate, and smooth the skin.
It provides buildable, long-lasting coverage and includes all-mineral broad-spectrum SPF 45.
Dr. Farhang explained that, after more than a decade of treating patients, she repeatedly heard that people wanted makeup capable of covering imperfections while also delivering genuine benefits for the skin.
She created Dose (of) Derm to address this gap by offering makeup with the coverage, color, and wear consumers expect, formulated with clinical ingredients she uses herself and recommends to patients.
Dose (of) Derm is positioned as the first dermatologist-developed skin longevity makeup brand and presents Clinical Color Cosmetics as a new category within beauty. The brand emphasizes that supporting the skin’s moisture barrier, resilience, and long-term quality is central to achieving skin longevity.
Its formulas feature a proprietary TriBiome Longevity Complex, which combines plant-derived exosomes, biomimetic peptides, and microbiome-supporting postbiotics.
The All-in-One Clinical Foundation reflects rising demand for multifunctional beauty products through its wide range of benefits.
It contains 25% zinc oxide to deliver mineral SPF 45 and broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, helping reduce sun damage and visible signs of aging.
Myristoyl Nonapeptide-3, described as a “retinol-like” biomimetic peptide, is included to support firmer, smoother-looking skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Plant-derived exosomes, cultured calendula, and licorice extracts provide antioxidant and soothing support for a calmer, brighter-looking complexion.
The formula also includes Lactobacillus ferment to support the skin microbiome and strengthen the skin barrier, along with a vitamin C-based antioxidant to help protect against environmental stress.
Hyaluronic acid hydrates and visibly plumps the skin, helping smooth the appearance of fine lines, while Phenylethyl Resorcinol works with vitamin C to brighten the complexion and reduce the look of dark spots and uneven skin tone.
Alongside the foundation launch, two additional Clinical Color Cosmetics products are available for waitlist.
The Clinical Color Glossy Peptide Lip Stain offers glossy, buildable color in a hydrating, non-drying formula. It is designed to support the lip barrier and, with continued use, improve the appearance of fine lines.
The second upcoming product is a dual-ended multi-use stick, with blush on one end and contour on the other.
It features a skin-first, long-wearing formula that can be used on the face, eyes, and lips.
