Symrise expands Globalide musk ingredient production in India

INDIA – Symrise is investing in additional production capacity for Globalide® in India, expanding the global manufacturing footprint for one of its strategic fragrance ingredients.
The move strengthens the company’s ability to supply a sustainable macrocyclic musk, brings production closer to fast-growing Asian markets, and supports growth in its Aroma Molecules business.
The expansion is part of Symrise’s ONE Symrise strategy, which emphasizes targeted capital allocation, resilient value creation, and profitable growth built on differentiated ingredients.
By increasing Globalide® capacity, Symrise is reinforcing a high-value product area within its Scent & Care portfolio.

The India expansion positions Symrise closer to high-growth customer markets in Asia, where demand for premium and sustainable fragrance ingredients is rising.
